Shell Package: Includes Everything In Log Package Plus:
· Complete subfloor system with TJI I-joists
· Complete frame or truss roof system engineered for 50# snow load, with all framing materials, plywood sheeting, collar ties, beams and hardware
· Lofts or second floor subfloors of 4x10 floor joists with 2x6 tongue and groove floor decking
· All exterior trim, 2x8 fascia, Rough-Tex soffit
· Double insulated Milgard vinyl windows
· Solid core pre-hung exterior doors in choice of styles
· All window and door trim of pine and cedar with hardware, thresholds, doorknobs and deadbolts

LOG SIZES AND STYLES: 7", 8", 9", 10" and 12" diameter Swedish Kerf logs, 8"x8" and 10"x8" tongue and groove D-shaped logs, 8"x8" and 10"x8" tongue and groove round-on-round logs, 8"x8" Lam-Logs.
